Dunianow.com invites producers, designers, and sellers, suppliers to become sellers or suppliers of dunianow.com. In order to be supplier or seller of dunianow.com you have first to do registration on dunianow.com and introducing your products and/or services to us through Vender Registration page. Remember, completion of the product introduction form does not guarantee that your company / product will be awarded an agreement. Ultimately, dunianow.com committees decide if a supplier gets a contract, but it’s up to you to start the contracting process.
If you find yourself in a dispute with another User of dunianow.com, its companies, websites of affiliates services or any third party, we encourage you to contact the other party and try to resolve the dispute amicably yourself. Dunianow.com could help but has no obligation to resolve any disputes; dunianow.com might provide but not obliged to provide a dispute system that you might use.
Rules of Content, which shall be considered as an addendum to this agreement, are as follows: First and foremost, you cannot list, add, upload or make public any design, and product, service or Content that is not legal, lawful or ethical. If some designs, products or services are accepted in certain countries and not in others, then as a Seller you might at your own risk, use geo-location limitation function at dunianow.com to limit access from such countries; but we remind you that many people can use tools and proxies to bypass such limitations and therefore could result you in engaging in a crime (by making you sell them products that are not allowed in their country), and we remind the Seller is responsible for all risks and liabilities for sales, and also the fact that our systems might not always correctly identify geo-locations of Buyers so, in the end, it is to your benefit as the Seller not to sell products or provide services that are considered illegal in any part of the world at all.
All used items shall be marked as used with their condition indicated. Expired products must be marked as used – expired with a big warning. Products that have had packaging altered to remove identifiers (QR, barcodes, lot numbers) are prohibited.
We need your personal data to provide you some services, we will most likely try to collect your data even if you do not create or be logged‑in to an account. If you do not wish us to collect or process your personal information, please do not use or access dunianow.com. We will collect all information to the extent permitted by law, including name, email, physical address, credit card info, IP, geo location, browser info, device info and others. Your real name could be publicly displayed.
If you wish to withdraw consent, you must close your account (only possible if no pending fees/orders). We may retain data as required by law.

(3) Intellectual properties include original design, artwork, music, video, images, patents, trademarks, trade secrets.
Once you provide Content, you grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, unlimited, royalty‑free, worldwide license to use your Content, including the right to use your name in connection. We can showcase, edit, store, copy, publish, translate, create derivative works, in any media now known or future.
You warrant that the Content is your original work and you have all rights.
If you upload audio, video, or 3D scans of other people, you must provide model release agreements.
You must pay all due amounts within 30 days of communication. If you do not pay on time, we reserve the right to collect all fees plus costs (attorneys’ fees, legal expenses, collection agency fees) and may deduct from any credits you have. You grant us right to withdraw such debts from your bank accounts, wallets, etc. We may also terminate accounts, publicly blacklist, and send solicitors. Interest penalty: 5% per month on outstanding balance (or max allowed by law).
Sellers shall use trackable delivery service with proof of delivery (signature if possible). Provide tracking code and photos. If no tracking within 7 days, dunianow.com may return funds to buyers. Digital goods must be delivered within 7 days. Use protective packaging, cushion fragile items, seal liquids in double containers, and mark dangerous edges. Duty fees, import taxes shall be paid by Buyers unless prepaid.
Products, designs, images must be legal, original, high‑resolution. Images must not include text. dunianow.com may delete non‑compliant content or ban users at its discretion.
If you are involved in modern slavery (child labor, unsafe conditions, discrimination, sex slavery, etc.) and we become aware, we may terminate your account and withhold all due fees, payments, or credits.
If you request an invoice on behalf of another entity, you assume full responsibility for any damages, tax issues, or penalties. dunianow.com may report such arrangements to tax authorities.
If you make no transactions for 6 consecutive months and have a positive balance, we may charge a Statis Fee of ¼ (25%) of the account balance monthly until zero.
If you use dunianow.com software or hardware, you give us permission to remotely install updates, patches, firmware, at your expense, without further consent.
You must not engage in trade libel, antitrust, passing off, misappropriation of trade secrets, false advertising, or tortious interference.
